UK orders
UK orders are dispatched within 7 days via first class or second class royal mail. We always obtain proof of postage, and larger items of more value are sent by recorded delivery (signature required).

Worldwide orders
We do ship worldwide.  The postage calculator will automatically calculate postage via Paypal. Once you have paid we will ship your order via airmail.  Most deliverys take up to 14 day.

 

Returns & exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order please let us know. We do accept returns or exchanges for items within 14 days.  Please note we will only refund or exchange items that are in the same condition as when they arrived, all packaged items must remain un-opened. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and full responsiblity of the customer.  Your refund will be given in the same way as how you paid, please contact us via the 'contact form' before you return your items.
